Dulce Cocinas historie
Since I was a child I’m a big fan of the world of sweets, because of this my mother gave me a book of dessert recipes and with her I started to make desserts.
I lived far away from my family but when I visited my grandmothers I spend my time learning the Spanish family recipes.
Apart from enjoying cooking I also love to travel, so whenever I travel I try to learn new recipes to recreate them and share them with my friends and family.
Enjoy the sweets doesn't mean that you have to eat sugar, so sometimes I'm making desserts without sugar, dairy or gluten to make it suitable for all members of the family. You can check it in the description of every of my desserts.
I always cook with fresh and quality products to get the most authentic dishes.
